Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and include any original packaging and accessories supplied with the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@nuvaflora.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or video showing the problem

After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns that are not related to damage, defects, or fulfillment errors, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

The return address may differ depending on the product and fulfillment location, so do not send returns to the address shown on the original shipping label unless instructed by our support team.

Refunds
